Welcome to ARC ("Automatic Replay Compiler"). By using this application, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

ARC is a fan-made application that allows users to browse and view publicly available competitive battle replays. ARC retrieves this data from external sources and presents it in a searchable, organized format. ARC is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

ARC is an unofficial, fan-made application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., Pokémon Showdown, or Smogon University.

3. Intellectual Property

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo. © 1995–2026 Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK inc. All Pokémon-related trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property are owned by their respective holders. No copyright or trademark infringement is intended.

4. Data Sources

Battle replay data displayed within ARC is sourced from publicly available replays. ARC does not host, store, or redistribute any copyrighted game assets. All references to game characters, items, and mechanics are used purely for informational and descriptive purposes.

5. No Warranty

ARC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times or without interruption
• The data presented will be accurate, complete, or current
• The app will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer(s) of ARC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ARC for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the application or its data sources
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from ARC in an automated manner
• Misrepresent ARC as an official product of any third party

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ARC (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to ARC at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.

10. Age Requirement

ARC is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not use this application.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
